A New Vocal Competition : Classical Singer Convention ’09

Dear Sin­ger,

You are invi­ted to com­pete for more than $100,000 in cash prizes, sum­mer pro­gram scho­lar­ships, and gra­duate pro­gram scho­lar­ships at maga­zi­ne’s first annual Vocal Com­pe­ti­tion. Sum­mer pro­grams offe­ring scho­lar­ships include AIMS in Graz, Ame­ri­can Sin­gers” Pro­ject, Bel Can­to Ins­ti­tute, Ita­lian , Song­fest, Under­world Pro­duc­tions Resident Artist Pro­gram, and Wind­swept Music .

You’ll also have access to more than 60 vocal pro­grams at the Col­lege Expo recrui­ting fair, free for all Com­pe­ti­tion par­ti­ci­pants. Many of
these schools, inclu­ding Colo­ra­do State Uni­ver­si­ty, North Park Uni­ver­si­ty, and UCLA, will be offe­ring Gra­duate Pro­gram Scho­lar­ships to Com­pe­ti­tion winners.

The Uni­ver­si­ty Vocal Com­pe­ti­tion will be May 29–31 in at the Clas­si­cal Sin­ger ’09, held at the Wes­tin O’Hare Hotel.

If you are not bet­ween the ages of 18 and 25, other Conven­tion events for you might include the Pro­fes­sio­nal Track mas­ter­classes and

À propos : Fabien

Après avoir travaillé le chant au Centre d'Arts Polyphoniques de Paris, il entre en 1995 au Conservatoire de Gagny où il est l'élève d'Evelyne Razimowsky en classe de Chant et de Jean-Louis Calvani en classe d'Art Lyrique. Il poursuit ensuite son perfectionnement avec Florence Montana au Conservatoire de Vincennes, puis au Conservatoire de Musique de Nouvelle Calédonie.
